What to do? A natural way to restore the balance in vitamin B deficiency is adding more spinach, beetroots, asparagus, broccoli and all types of beans in your every day diet. Also, eating as much dairy as you can is necessary.

Red/white growths that look like acne

This is a sign of Vitamin A and D deficiency and a lack of essential fatty acids. The acne-like growths are most usually manifesting on the face, especially on the are of the cheeks. However, this might also be a sign of hormonal disbalance. Naturally, adding more nuts and seeds, especially flaxseed can be a fast solution of this problem.
