Spare Toilet Paper Holder

On one of my Pinterest searches I came across this <a href=”http://pinterest.com/pin/101260691591434771/”>pin</a>.
The toilet paper holder was a link to an Etsy shop but the link no longer works.

So I made 3 of these for each of my bathrooms. But my 18 months old hates it for some reason.

Every time I sit her on the potty she tries to pull it down and then has a huge fit over it. I don’t know for sure but I think it is because it prevents her from reaching the toilet paper and unrolling the whole thing in one hard yank. Has anyone had experience with toddlers pulling the whole roll of toilet paper off the role? I can’t begin to tell you how many rolls of toilet paper we have lost at the hands of Georgia (my little girl).Spare Toilet Paper HolderThis project is really quick. Cut two 20×7 inch rectangles for coordinating fabric. I have included the seam allowance so you don’t have to add that your measurement. Sew the two peaces of fabric right sides together. Turn them right side out and topstitch. You can add the ribbon by placing it inside the fabric peaces before you sew them together. (the length of the ribbon is up to you) Or it is easier to add them after this step. When you have your finished rectangle you will fold it in half and sew the 2 short ends together you can place the ribbon in this seam before you sew.Spare Toilet Paper Holder
